Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is complimentary. Delivery generally takes 5–8 business days from the time you place your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited delivery generally takes 2–4 business days. Overnight shipping is also available. Please place expedited or overnight orders by 2 p.m. Eastern so we can process them that day.
After Delivery
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
You have 21 days from the date of purchase to decide whether an item is right for you. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. To begin a return, email info@stateofcottonnyc.com.
Refunds
After your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Original shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges
We’re unable to process direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size or color.
