Please check it carefully as once the order has been placed, we won’t be able to make any changes or adjustments.
We’ll send you an email confirmation to let you know that we’ve received it and we’ll work quickly to get it to you!
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and State of Cotton gift cards. Applicable sales tax will be applied.
Promotions and Discounts
You can use one promotion code per order. You'll be able to enter your code at checkout and your savings will be applied to the order. Promotions and discounts can’t be applied to sale items and or to previous orders. At this time, we don’t offer any price adjustments.
Size Guide
We made it easy to find your perfect fit. Each style sweater has its own size guide in its product page to help you choose your correct size. Look for the icon on the product page to view the size guide.
Shipping
We process orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.
All orders that are placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once we have shipped your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to let you know it's on its way!
Standard Shipping is free of charge.
Depending on your location, delivery may take 5-8 business days from the time you place your order depending on your location, excluding weekends or holidays.
Expedited Shipping
Depending on your location, delivery may take 2-4 days from the time you place your order depending on your location, excluding weekends or holidays.
We offer Overnight Shipping.
On any order requesting expedited or overnight shipping, we ask that you please place your order no later than 2pm Eastern Standard Time so we can process it that same day.
Returns and
Exchanges
We hope you love your items, but if something isn’t quite right, you’ll have 21 days from the date of purchase to decide whether you want to keep them.

If you choose to return your items, please send them back in the same condition as you received them. All original tags should be attached. We take pride in our product and may deny a refund if the items returned aren't in the original condition, or don't meet our quality standards.
Once we receive your return and have inspected and approved its condition, we’ll process a refund to the original form of payment within 10-14 business days. If a State of Cotton gift card was used as a partial payment, that portion will be refunded onto the gift card, and the remaining balance will be refunded onto the second form of payment.
Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. You’ll receive an email notification when your order has been refunded.
All our sale items are FINAL sale and are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We aren’t able to process exchanges at this time. If you want a different size or color just return the item received and then place a new order.
